Bread

While Laura was here this weekend we taught her to make no kneed bread.

And it turned out wonderfully. I would like to share it with everyone. It is the easiest bread to make. Sure to impress all you share it with.

3cups of bread flour ( we like the multigrain)

1/2 tsp of traditional yeast

1 and 1/4 tsp of salt

and then add 1 and 1/2 cups to 1 and 5/8 cups of warm water

Mix together until combined. It will seem a little wet compared to traditional bread dough.

Then cover with plastic wrap and let sit overnight for 12 to 18 hours.

After it sits for 12 to 18hrs punch down and put in a loaf pan. Cover with a tea towel and let rise for another 2hrs. Then bake at 400 for 40 min.
try adding some spices or fruits and nuts. I am sure it would be great.
Sorry no pictures of the finished product, we cut and ate it before I had a chance.
