For all who are wondering, yes we are still running. We are one group member down to the H1N1. So for this week it is just Melissa and I. We are up to 23min of run time and around 3km.
We have also signed up for our first race, the running room resolution race on new years eve in Halifax. Hopefully Laura will run with us and keep us motivated.
